Aravali Trail Run - Event Details:

Aravali Trail Run is for the beginners as well as for the hard-core ultra-runners. You have a chance or choice to spend up to 12hrs on the Trails of picturesque Aravali Forest. This one could make a beginner an ultra-runner or an ultra-Walker! All you need to know is how much your current fitness levels carry you through this adventure. The trail is familiar which you have been running with proper route and directional support since 2012 but still challenging. The course is 100% trail. Some stretches will be the toughest in terms of terrain. It’s time to ‘Explore Aravali Trails on Foot’

Run Categories:

Ultra-Runners won’t be allowed to run without a head torch or proper lighting arrangements in the early morning darkness.
► 8Km Run (start 7:00am, Min age 12yrs)- 1600/-
► 16Km Run (starts at 7:30am, Min age 14yrs)- 2000/-
► 32Km Run (starts at 7am, Min age 18yrs, Cut off 5hrs)- 2500/-
► 52Km Run (starts at 5am, Min age 18yrs, Cut off 9hrs)- 2500/-
► 80Km Ultra-Run (5am start, Min age 18yrs, Cut off 12hrs)- 3000/-
► 12hrs Ultra-Run (5:00am start, Min age 18yrs, cut off 12hrs)- 3000/-
► 8Km Fun Walk (start 7:00am, Min age 12yrs)- 1400/-
► 16Km Walk (starts at 5:30am, Min age 14yrs, Cut off 4hrs)- 2000/-
► 32Km Ultra Walk (starts at 5:30am, Min age 18yrs, Cut off 7hrs)- 2500/-

Discounts:

► 30% flat discount till Feb 26
The above discounts will be withdrawn as soon as targeted slots per discount slab are filled

Home Delivery of Kits-
You may opt for home delivery of your event kit while filling form. This facility remains available till 10days before the event (7^th March in this case).

Rewards & Felicitations:

# No prizes/ felicitation in case of low participation (5 or less) in gender categories of each distance
# Only the winner will be felicitated if the participation is between 5 and 10.
# Top 3 will be felicitated if the participation size is 11 & above
# Age Category prizes in distance categories where participation is more than 100
# Rs 5,000/- cash prize to all the male participants who are able to finish 100Km or more within the cut off time of 12hrs.
# Rs 5,000/- cash prize to all the female participants who are able to finish 80Km or more within the cut off time of 12hrs.

Refund Policy

- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
- No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get a full refund.

EMERGENCIES

Participants are responsible for their own safety while participating. You are encouraged to carry your cell phone with you as a safety precaution. In case of an emergency contact nearest check point or the control room. The contact details will be made available before the start.
